Full Itinerary

Day 1: Ha Noi – Cuc Phuong National park ( Lunch, Dinner )
Pick-up at your hotel at 8:00 am, then transfer in about 110 km on a good road by mini-van to Ninh Binh (~2 hours). We start cycling on the countryside road, onto Hoa Lu - an ancient citadel there is a short visit for its King Palace in the 10th century. Then we continue our riding through the limestone peaks to Tam Coc, passing rice paddies and through the rural villages.
Lunch in Tam oc town is served in the local restaurant that has view over the boat pier, we continue our ride exploring more of Ninh Binh, along the farm for about 2 hours cycling. Cuc Phuong national park is our destination. overnight in a simple bungalow inside the park.

Day 2: Cuc Phuong - Van Long - Hanoi ( Breakfast, Lunch )
Whole Morning on bike & cycling up hills further into the jungles, being in the fresh nature with sounds of birds, some walking to discover more about plants and animals before we drive back to the gate for visiting the Primates Rescue center.
Leave the Rescue center by van for Van Long. Snacht Lunch at local restaurant, then we will take the local bamboo boats visiting (1,5 hours) along this fascinating Nature Reserve in swampland - Van Long,
with limestone peaks, caves. we continue cycling back to our pick up point there you are transfer back to Hanoi, tour ends at your hotel by around 6 pm.

Note

Require a reasonable level of fitness. This trip involve up to 8 hours of activity in a day. 100km flat routes per day.
For this trip we use the Trek 5.7 and Trek 500 performance bicycles made by Thai Lan. The bicycles have 24 speeds and a lightweight steel alloy frame designed for road cycling. Other features include LRS (Low Ratio Suspension) and excellent damping capacity, both of which help to absorb vibration and shocks for a smoother, more comfortable and enjoyable ride. The bicycles are available in a number of sizes and will be adjusted to individual heights.
